Arc Spray Equipment Type OSU-Hessler 300 A ANTICOR

New high performance push-pull arc spray equipment for spraying zinc, aluminium and its alloys.

The equipment consists of:

• Lightweight, compact antiCOR Arcspray Pistol with dead man‘s handle with strong DC-motor in the handle, closed nozzle system with copper contact tubes (nozzles) for 2.0 mm or 2.5 mm wire diameter and optional wide-spray nozzle. New wires feed in automatically, no opening of feed roller pressure mechanism necessary.

The antiCOR Arcspray Pistol is connected to the special push-feeder by a

with all energy supplies as well as wire feeding hoses and connections. Total length 8 m (10 m possible).

• Special Push-Feeder

either fixed on a small console directly attached to the power source, at the wire unreel installation for drums or to a separate twin wire reel holder.

• Especially designed Wheel-Mounted 3-phase 300 A Arcspray Power Transformer

according to the specifications and performance as per VDE and VDMA:

3-phase protected silicon-rectifier in bridge-connection. Ergonomically designed fully integrated console provides clear display of volt- and ammeter; illuminiated function switches indicate that equipment is in correct operating mode. Range selector and vernier give nearly infinite control over voltage from 3-phase variable voltage control transformer.

Robust electric elements of ultimate design give reliable control of all self-monitoring functions and spray parameters and guarantee that overload during spray process are recognized and transormed into immediate switch-off.
